Great show of skill, nice riding bro. Action is much louder than words, that was good demo of what a rider can do on a CRF300L . I watched the whole Vid. Thank you for not ruining it with a silly sound track. Make more Vids bro. Cheers..

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! After upgrading the suspension, is the bike sturdy enough to use it regularly as a training bike in motocross track? I like a lot the "almost zero maintenance" part in the user manual 😆

Very interesting. You had plenty of power to keep up with anyone there -- it was only the final jump (by the car park) that you weren't brave enough to go fast enough to land on the downslope rather than the top and that lost a lot of time. Of course with stock suspension it wasn't fun when you got it wrong, and you over-cooked the other two jumps once or twice.-- had to actually brake for one of them just about. Would be interesting to see how it went with upgraded suspension. Not as good as a real motocross bike with a good rider, of course, but most of those weren't.

New suspension is going in this week, and I'm heading out again next weekend. Subscribe to see the new video! I'll be clearing the final jump by the car park. The suspension is very much holding me back. Bottoming out SUPER hard!
@BruceHoult3 жыл бұрын
@@gixxar6 Cool! What are you getting? I'm just about ready to upgrade my 250 Rally's suspension but there's just so much choice. I'm never going to motocross it, but I'd like it to at least be up to the standard of the twin shock 1980 XR250 and later 1987 XR600 I had way back when -- those could both handle things like going up or down a flight of steps no problems, which the stock CRF250L suspension doesn't. Hell -- it's even pretty awful on washboarded dirt roads, which is a very common thing around here.

Stock tyres or motocross tyres?
@BruceHoult3 жыл бұрын
@@danielnowill5486 very interested to see it! I'm impressed by how this guy goes with the stock stock revalved and a stiffer spring, done by a company in Australia where he lives. I'm looking at the same thing from MotoSR here in New Zealand for a total cost (springs and revalve both ends) of around US$800. That's for custom-ordered spring for your exact weight. MG456 looks like it's US$950 just for the shock (with max 105 KG spring, I'm more than that). BUT remote reservoir. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2LQq5ekjc-lf6c
