Nice call out on the fact that F&F truck was already done, 😂! Someone at Mattel is getting chewed out on Monday! And you are correct in that it’s weird that the Earth Day model would say 2022 because this case would have dropped in time for this year on 4/22...makes me wonder what’s up with that! It was interesting to see the N52 and then the P01 base plate date codes referenced on the DOS Ford. We are also looking for an N53 base plated date code as there was technically 53 total weeks in 2020. (It is based on when the Thursdays fall oddly enough.) We have a case and casting references to look for one now - unless Mattel forgot to use N53....

I've noticed the deora 2 now takes the same molding as the color shifters deora 2. The surfboards are in the mold in the design as well as the new model is metal vs. the color shifters which was plastic.

Didn't Mattel release Deora II as a mainline without surfboards at least a couple of times? I'm not sure if I'd rather have an empty truck bed or surfboards that are just molded parts of the body. At least Deora II still has a windshield unlike that other current Deora casting. I would be cool if Hot Wheels released a premium chromed full-metal Raijin Express in Boulevard as a tribute to Ryu Asada.

Deora II has been released in the basics without the individual surfboards. This molded surfboard version might have appeared as a Color Shifters release but it definitely appeared in a Despicable Me 6-model carded set.

Hey, Mark, the reason the Rally Baja Crawler has the "New for 2021" logo on its card, is because the New Model version doesn't have the moving feature that the Fast and Furious Spy Racers model has, also that blue Nissan is the R390 GT1, not GTI. If you want to see what I mentioned about in regards to the Rally Baja Crawler, then I'd like to suggest that you find another New Models version, and another Spy Racers model so you can see for yourself the differences between the two trucks.

I know this is late, but here’s a quick note: DAVancenator’s splitter is useless. Lifted up or not, either the splitter or the base of the car will drag om loops. You have to grind off the front tips of the base in order to make it able to go through.

The Hot Wheels Voltage Spike has double adjustable parts, front and rear, and they interfere with the cars turning ability in some curves. You're right. Having adjustable splitters doesn't guarantee performance.
