The 360°-Cam-Sight is 1:1 so smooth, like every car from competition, if you use the touchscreen. If you use the wheel (like you did) its with this little frames and seems to stutter with every click.

Great review thank you. So for me it's between top ES 350 F Sport for 50k or this G80 for 65k. So you think this G80 is worth 15k more than Lexus?

Well it really depends on what you care about. The ES 350 F Sport is a slower car than the G80 (slower than both the 2.5 G80 and 3.5). As an overall package you're going to get much more with the G80 even if you go for the 2.5T AWD which is around $50k

I’ll say as a former owner of a 2013 ES350, 2012 Camry and a current Sonata owner, you don’t have to worry about long term reliability with the G80. I drove my Sonata from NYC to LA, with my car full of my belongings,with ZERO issues. Currently at 63k and I’ve never seen a Hyundai dealer. The same goes for Toyota/Lexus products ! I’d go with the G80 & option it accordingly! Stand out man 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽

@@omardrives great point. Thank you. I've had my Lexus for 14 years. Love the car, service, free car washes, etc. if the ES had better infotainment I would stick with Lexus. G80 has wow factor and I think if I go with Genesis I would wait and do V6 prestige for the extra 15k. But until I actually sit in one and drive one I won't really know if it's worth it. Or maybe lease one. Won't be soon but maybe end of 21. Thanks again.

Honestly hearing you will review features in the GV80 later is frustrating. I can to this video to see what the G80 has. I'm not interested in an SUV. I want to see the features of this car, as it works in this car.

I test drove the 2021 G80 2.5t Prestige package and when in sport mode the bolsters did not hug me. Aren’t they suppose to automatically when in sport mode? The stinger did. Also there was no audible beep when backing up.

Hmm it might be a setting in the Infotainment system. I don't recall the seats adjusting in sport mode when I tested it

I know the bolsters hug on the G70. The 3.3T is very impressive but you'll get TICKETS!

My only issue with this car is it doesn't have split folding rear seats which I can kind of forgive because of who the car is aimed at (and how the rear seats and centre armrest can be set up) - however it does mean it loses marks for practicality.
