I have that sound on my fathom 2. Does that mean that the fork has a problem cause i kinda idk i like the sound but I won’t like if it that means something’s wrong with my fork

Did Giant took responsibility for the fork issue?, I watched your other video, but not sure if Giant gave you a replacement or something after this video

Giant did a "fix" under warranty but it didn't work. This video was made after they did the fix.

thanks for the reply, I guess the nice look does not overcome the failing parts, I guess the DB Sync'r might be a better answer, not as fancy but better components

Your fork is locked out

When the bike shop put the fork back together they put the adjuster in the wrong spot so now the open position is where the lockout position was
