2021 GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN JEEP INVASION! (40,000 JEEP’S)

Tourists beware! Edencrest Rentals- One in a Million Cabin in Sevierville TN. A few nice chandeliers and curtains don’t make up for almost having a heat stroke for 3 days in a mice infested cabin. It was a 90 degree weekend and it was hotter in the cabin than it was outside the entire time. Unsafe temperature conditions for the elderly as well as infants. When confronted about why the lack of AC is not in the disclosures- as they obviously know is an issue due to having external units in each bedroom; they admitted they knew no one would book their cabin if so. Mice droppings were between the fitted sheet and flat sheet of our bed that we slept with all night until we woke up in the morning to straighten our room and realized we slept in mouse poop all night with our baby. Mouse poop all over kitchen counter the morning after (even thought we thoroughly cleaned the kitchen after each meal) as well as our food chewed in by mice WHICH we learned the hard way after already beginning to eat. Mouse droppings in cabinets, on dishes, and all in the pull out couch downstairs. Clearly this place is infested to have such droppings throughout all levels of the cabin. Management company “Edencrest Rentals” would not make any accommodations for such a miserable experience except offering $300 refund, a clean pair of sheets with rude comments, and an HVAC man saying nothing is wrong with the air even though it was 93 degrees on the thermostat- despite this cabin costing enough to pay my mortgage 2.5 times for 3 day 2 night stay. Not to mention the elevator they have in the amenity list is broken so have fun carrying all your crap up all the stairs in 90+ degree conditions. I have never in my life had an issue with any cabin or hotel I have ever rented until this experience. Make sure you check out expedia to see all of “One in a Million” as well as “Edencrests” bad reviews because they delete them off their website and social media. RENTER’S BEWARE.

You ain't never lying about how hot it was there, but it was worth it. We drove 15 hours from South Louisiana. We stayed 4 days in Pigeon Forge and went home to face a Hurricane. They had so many beautiful Jeeps there. We did as much as possibly could. We even did the Jeeps invade the Cove ride on Sunday. I believe there was 600 jeeps for that event to the Cove. Hopefully we can make it up there again next year.
