I like the twist on the HR derby by adding the targets. A few thoughts: would have been good to have the switch up sign on both sides as it’s unfair to righties to have it on their pull side but not the lefties. And I guess that the homerun targets should be made bigger since no one hit them (but could just be due to the randomness).

Good call on the 1 swing swing off for round 3+ but think the players need to alternate so warda wasn't always last. Give both players a chance to apply pressure to the other and/or cave under pressure

you guys need to move some of the targets like 10 feet back from the fence and angle all of them at like a 45 degree angle up to the sky. theyre already hard enough to hit but the amount of homeruns that barely get over the wall and are hit on a line drive required to even hit the targets makes it so it never happens. Like those small targets are sitting right on top of the fence. the only way to hit them is to hit a low line drive that skims a few inches over the fence. youre taking whats already small odds and making them even smaller. would be fun to see guys hit the targets a little more regularly. what you should do is have more targets and put the biggest targets the furtherst away from the fence so a BOMB is required to even hit them
