2021 HP Laptop Notebook "This PC cant run Windows 11 Install TPM" Failure Win 11 Installation Help

In this quick video i show you how to install windows 11 when you get the failure "This PC can't run Windows 11".... most of the time the TPM State isnt enabled in the bios. I show you how to enable TPM and install Windows 11 from a USB Stick (You can download the Windows media creation tool from the microsoft website to create a bootable win11-stick). Be very careful, own your own risk.
