Karel Capek was a Czech writer. He invented the word "robot." I wonder why they named their tea company after him....

I didn't know much about him until very recently...According to an interview, the CEO was really moved from reading one of his stories in her childhood that it left that much of an impression on her.

Aw thanks for subbing! Karel Capek definitely has some of most the heart-warming and cutest designs around. Unfortunately they don't ship internationally...your best option is to order via a shopping proxy service (I have never tried it but have heard the company ZenMarket tossed around).
