Love the path that Jeep has taken with the Wrangler. There are flavors available for everyone! Hot rods, hybrids, diesel, and traditional offerings. I was very surprised by how well Jeep sorted the 4xe with integration into the Wrangler, which has always been a vehicle of compromises. It would not surprise me one bit if this becomes the top powertrain for the top 3 trims. On the price, yes very expensive, but shoppers have been paying north of $60k for loaded Wranglers for quite some time, with just the 3.6. Plus the super high resale always plays a factor.

Regarding price, with the 7500 federal credit, it is actually cheaper than a similarly optioned internal combustion engine only wrangler.

Jeep heard about the Hummer and got scared. Lol they better shape up. With the Bronco and Hummer making it's return, Jeeps share on the off-road marking will shrink.

Well...the Hummer will start $30k+ higher than the 4xe. And the Bronco can't touch the Jeep in powertrain offerings, and does not have a hybrid option(or diesel, V8). I seem to remember this was going to be the case with the Toyota FJ, Hummer H3, and other offerings from other automakers, yet the Wrangler's staying power is clear. Plus Jeep is already at work on the new JM Wrangler.

I can't believe the starting MSRP of this was $48k and with all those options it is $57k. For 2023 Model year you can't even get a white Sahara 4xe for $57k. Few years from now these will be able to be spec'd out to 90k

Respectfully, Jeep cant even seal the Wrangler hard or soft tops. Water intrusion is very very common. I dont trust their battery and electronic sealing, lol. On specs though, 4xe is a great Wrangler and I love how Jeep keeps improving it. Wow.
