the one i used last year is a midori and you can get it from jetpens.com or any other website, and the one for this year is from muji!

where do you get your stickers and materials for the spread?

most of the pieces of paper are free printables from instagram stationery/journaling accounts, and the heart stickers are suatelier branded (you can find them in a variety of places online!)
