​@@luisosoriothelionelmessian9845 the higher trims have higher quality leather, but that doesn't make the vehicle reserved for the most wealthy though. It's definitely not the cheapest vehicle but depending on what you're in the market for it's not the most expensive for the features It offers.

Got a 2022 like it yesterday. The color is very similar but mine is Gravity Grey. Looks like a silver with black specals. Very nice vehicles.. im glad I watched this video because I didn't know what those buttons near the gearshift was for

Nice color choice and overall a good looking SUV...I think you had more leeway with that being the base model to not pay over MSRP...but like you said it has the same power train as the higher models which is the main reason this is a good deal. Good luck with it and keep an eye on the plastic cladding around the outside...it will fade even if garaged...I use Turtle wax Seal n Shine to keep it looking new.

I am also tall, and on a long drive, the grab handle is uncomfortable where it contacts my knee. I solved this by cutting a "pool noodle" to length, and slitting it, so that it can be easily attached to the grab handle, and just as easily removed.

Thank you Leigh! While at the dealership I spoke to the salesman about the Sorrento and he advised against it primarily because it's a 4 cylinder SUV. This one has 6 cylinders which is more fitting for an SUV. But if you don't need something as large as the Telluride, the Sorento would be a great choice!

Love the color too we got just got one the 2022 telluride and its the sangria we got EX premium and tow package we also got amber running lights heated and ventilated seats black interior screens big for us setup is different

Niiiiice. Now wrap the roof with gloss black vinyl look into it , it willl look like a panoramic sunroof And later on you can get gloss black wheels .

Great review! I have some questions though, maybe you can help with. Question 1: I am big about being able to turn off the dome lights for privacy when in the vehicle. A lot of older cars would turn the dome lights on, after turning the engine off etc. Can you turn the dome lights off completely, and can you turn the daytime lights off? Question 2: The nearest Kia dealer to me, is 34mi away. It’s about a 45min drive there give or take. Have you had many problems? And would you still recommend I get one living that far away from dealer? Thanks in advance!

Great review, thanks for sharing your experience. I am on the fence bet. The s and lx. My biggest issue with the s is it doesn't offer the bench as an option and the ex is just too much.

That was my dilemma too. I'm glad I decided on the bench seating since I have 3 teen or near teen kids and that extra seat comes in handy. There's a few features you miss out on with the S or higher models but I love everything the LX model has to offer.

We settled on the lx. we had a bench before and looking back if we had those captains chairs it would have lead to us using multiple cars... to add, it may have less features but on the flip side less things that can go wrong in the long haul. 🤷‍♂️😂 Now which color to get 😬😅

When you said, you don't have power mirrors, you are referring to close it all the way over? But you can adjust it with the buttons in the car??

Sorry just seeing this comment 🤦🏿‍♂️😩 Yes when I say power mirrors I meant power folding mirrors. You can electronically adjust the angles of the side view mirrors from inside however.

fun fact with kia vehicles, you can customize any to your liking. so like when you said, you wanted fog lights...you can put that there through kia inside of the vents. soonroof too and its not that high either. sooooo thats an option. I have a kia too.

I'm wondering if you can help me. I just got the LX model a month ago and I noticed the USB port in the front (with the battery charging icon) doesn't work. When I plug in the USB cord it doesn't charge me phone. All other USB ports in the car works except for that one. Is there a way to get it to work?

Why not take it to the dealer? It should be covered under warranty.

First, make sure the usb plug is pushed all the way in. If that didn't fix it I'd take it in to the dealership to get looked at.
