Never got the riders feedback on the white coupler as in did it give more the engine more bottom end torque, etc? Just bought the new 450 and am taking it back today as I don't like the Showa shocks or the weak power and pull in lower gears 1-3 versus my 2019 YZ250F. Wanted the KX250 anyway as I've been waiting for it since the 2020 was disappointingly released with no electric start (I'm a 200 pound 50 year old vet rider - no not fat lol ;) ) but got talked into the 450. And while the 450 ranks high with pro racers I don't care for the heavier feel not to mention the 450 is actually the weakest of the new 2021 450 class and I could tell on the track. Thinking I need to stick with the lighter easier to ride 250 class but was hoping the new KX250 has the same low end torque my 2019 YZ250F has.

The white does help with overall power and response. Each person is different in their expectations of a bike. We find we sell more 250’s as the power is very manageable and user friendly. You can ride them hard without it riding you. Each to their own!

Hello Corey. Yes thats correct. There is a recall by Kawasaki on the water pump impeller. If im correct they are concerned of a tolerance issue that needs to be inspected on select vin numbers. So far we have only had a few of our bikes affected and so far they have just needed inspection and have been within spec. The bike we rode in the video has yet to be inspected as I will be doing next week. If you have a 2021 250 KX or KX-XC we recommend you call your supporting dealer with your vin number to varify.
