Q88. Both statements are correct. A high court in India has the power to review its own judgment as the Supreme Court does. As a Court of Record, High Court can review its judgments under Article 226 Of the Constitution.

q92 - legal right was once a fundamental right, and there are only 5 FR which are for indian citizens only viz - 15,16,19,29,30. which makes right to property highly probable to be available for all. therefore, once you have eliminated c and d options, this logic would also work well.

sir in question 88 ->high court is also court of record and can review its own judgement but does not derive it from constitution(although not mentioned in constitution) like supreme court derives(does) it from constitution ,thats why it is wrong
