Hi Rachel! First off I wanted to say thank you for being so incredibly descriptive in your videos. I am actually totally blind, and I am also an adult doll and toy enthusiast/collector. I have had quite a few lines in the past since I started collecting in 2020, I almost said 2019… My bad. Lol. But due to the size of my apartment I have to swap out my collections every now and again. At the moment I am focusing on 18 inch doll lines, and of course Polly Pocket! Polly is the one line that I’ve never had to give up because she’s so tiny 😁 I never had Polly as a kid because I am actually disabled. I am totally blind like I mentioned and I also have cerebral palsy. Poly was pretty much impossible for me to play with as a kid lol, but today she is great exercise for my dexterity ❤️ I have quite a few different compacts ranging from a few vintage/90s two of course today’s poly pockets. I really love the pop and swap feature though it is I agree it is incredibly difficult to get all the accessories back in the compacts. I’ve actually started to put my accessories in little baggies until I figure out exactly where goes what to make sure nothing falls out 😂 I got The teddy bear purse, sparkle bow, and of course double skating purse for Christmas. The teddy bear is my absolute favorite because it is themed to slumber parties :-) but I enjoy the sparkle bow as well simply because it has texture on the bow. Some sort of sparkle sequence thing, but regardless it’s textured and I superduper appreciate that. ☺️ anyways after this extremely long and slightly rambling comment, I’m sorry, I can ramble, ultimately I just wanted to say hi and thank you for your epic verbal descriptions! :D #BlindDollyGirl 👩🏻‍🦯

Hey, Morgan! What a sweet comment to start my morning with! I’m so glad you have enjoyed my videos. ❤️ I was always very shy as a kid and my whole life I have struggled with finding words to say as I’m talking. Making these videos has helped a lot, because it’s been a sort of exercise for me to get better at thinking quickly. It wasn’t easy at first and I was really nervous about how I sounded for a long time. To know that you consider my videos descriptive is really encouraging to me! It makes me so happy to know that my words are helpful to you. Your words are helpful to me as well, because it reminds me that fighting this fear of talking is worth it. =)❤️ I actually don’t have the teddy bear set! I was busy getting some of the other sets that were higher on my list of wants, but I love the slumber party theme too, so I might have to get it! And I’ve honestly considered the Sparkle Bow set just for the sequins on the outside. I have a few sequin pillows and they’re so fun to flip! Hey, loved the video💕 Really impressive what Mattel is doing at the moment. Great details and very cute designs in these new sets. The otter is my fave🤩 Also all the animals and the seehorse seesaw, precious💕 I think you were spot on, the arcade game looks like Mario😉 the one before looks like Pac-man or something similar😆. Thanks for sharing the sets. Aww, thank you, Lau! 💕 I still get a little self-conscious talking in videos, but it’s gotten a lot easier. I’m glad now that I’ve kept doing it, because taking had always been somewhat of a fear of mine and this has made me work on overcoming it. =) Ah yes, Pac-Man! You might be right! Their strange depictions make it hard to know what they’re going for. 😂 And I’m glad I can show you these sets! I always enjoy seeing all of your ponies too, even though I don’t collect them. 🥰 You can still appreciate the beauty and creativity and excitement, even if it’s not something you collect.

I’ve never had that happen, but I can see how it could. Around the glasses doesn’t seem to be sealed, so some sneaky little confetti could slip out. 😂

I also get very disappointed with the reuse of accessories. I hate it! one of the reasons why I don't collect these new polly pockets (well, I only collect a few ones)

Yeah, I really wish they’d get a bit more creative with their accessories. I think they’d be better off having fewer pieces but better quality. When I see a new compact full of accessories I already have in another set, it definitely makes me question buying it.

Those are SO cute! I have thought about maybe getting some of the bigger compacts, and if I did I’d definitely do a video! My daughter does have one of the little lockets and she has one of the houses that is like the Pollyville style. I know Kerchie has done a video on the mini compacts and NexJen has multiples videos on the bigger compacts. The ice cream one is adorable. 😍

I guess I must have been confused and thought you meant the Shopkins compacts in general, sorry! I looked up pet shops specifically and they are super cute! This is of course assuming I actually know now what you’re talking about and found the right sets. 😂 But I don’t think I’d seen these ones before, so surely I’ve found what you’re talking about. I just now saw the cat cafe set and I’m in love. 😍 I don’t know if that one is technically in the same series you’re talking about, but it sure is cute!
