I took the licence plate off the front of my BMW, it looks much better. I still have small screw holes. The clear tail lights look good also. I think the mirrors were too complicated, better to just have them wrapped piano black.

After paying all this money to get these few things done, customer should have just optioned it all from Porsche, or gotten the S model. Also the model designation delete is probably so people don't know he got the Cayenne base model. You did a great job with the install. Certainly complex but it came out great. Still don't understand the point of doing all this cosmetic stuff to a base cayenne. All that work to the front bumper and mirrors, yet he's too cheap to spring for gloss black bumper inserts. Doesn't seem worth the extra cost to make it into a fake Cayenne S model. (Just noticed in the end, the really sketchy badge change to a Cayenne S. Customer is trying to pretend he bought an S. Hopefully the person he flips it to realizes he's about to get scammed)

Hi Vlad, you made an interesting comment regarding similarities to Volkswagen ... well in the true sense of it, the Cayenne is a Volkswagen, as it shares the same platform (modularer Querbaukasten MQB Evo) with the Audi Q7/8, Volkswagen Touareg and Bentley Bentayga as well as other models ever since 2017/2018. R&D is 90% funded by Volkswagen, component sharing in the non-visible area is high, electronics are the same. Base engines are the same, obviously Touareg is lower spec compared to Q7/8, is lower spec to Cayenne. The chassis for all four mentioned above are being produced in Bratislava (Slovakia) assembly for Porsche is in Leipzig. If you ever make it to Germany happy to organise a factory tour in Leipzig. Great job. Rear clear lenses look great. Front fender repeaters would have looked better clear. After that much effort and cost I would have had white fender flares and rockers. Gloss black lower front and rear bumper. Looks odd with a mix of gloss black and black plastic.

That wasn’t easy, great build quality made it difficult, glad your twin brother was there to help….just think, not so long ago we were colour coding mirrors and handles to match the body, I wasn’t sure about the clear rear lights but I agree they look good, a lot of work though. 👍
