Guau, que fantástica interpretación. La Alba brasileña, una de las mejores cantantes de esa música en todo mundo, al menos entre las nacidas fuera de Brasil. Estilo, pronunciación, sentimiento ... la Garota del barrio de Sant Andreu. Scott Hamilton en una de las mejores interpretaciones que le he escuchado. Y eso es mucho decir tratándose de él. Me hace recordar al gran Stan Getz en este tipo de música. Vicente López es un excelente guitarrista, generalmente a la sombra de Alba, pero en el solo demuestra su enorme calidad. Creo que era su primera vez en la Jazz House. Chamorro y Juliá, pues lo de siempre, de los mejores acompañantes rítmicos que se pueden encontrar hoy en día. [ Y una curiosidad: Alba y Scott interpretando con los auriculares puestos. No recuerdo haberlo visto nunca en un video de Chamorro. Sin duda tendrá su razón de ser, cosas de la técnica, pero me gustaría saberla concretamente ]

Alba's voice in song is such a pleasure to hear as evidenced here... beyond doubt, Scott owns the tenor sax with his timing and tones and musical sense... Vicente contributes the balance needed to make this so enjoyable... Arnau's quiet rhythm ties everything together and Joan's flawless bass line rounds out this truly wonderful Jazz House performance... bravo!

Hola a todos. I haven't been listening to much music as some hard times for me. Glad I stopped to listen. A sort of captivating rythm in this song. Very well done by everyone and I'll say Scott is the right guy on the sax, Stan Getz would approve! I imagine it is a difficult song to play or sing considering the changes. Very well done Alba. The work done by Joan Chamorro and colleagues has helped me develop my deep interest in jazz, bossanova and to play the saxophone. The guitar playing of Vicente Lopez is excellent. Much like the piano playing of Ignasi Terraz, the addition of their artistry adds balance to the performance. Both Lopez and Terraz never disappoint me in their improvisational complexity and their respect for the composition. They are great artist, much appreciated by those who listen.

Je suis complètement fan des productions du Sant Andreus Jazz Band. J’avoue aimer en particulier Alba Armengou, et pour tout dire je suis un peu jaloux de Vincente Lopez et pas seulement pour son talent à la guitare 😉 Mais pas de méprise: j'aime beaucoup tous ces artistes vraiment bons. Si j’avais été plus jeune j’aurais beaucoup aimé fréquenter une école comme celle la puisque je suis un modeste guitariste chanteur et mon répertoire est essentiellement brésilien. En passant: mention spéciale pour le discret Joan Monné qui écrit tous les arrangement et partage donc la paternité du Sant Andreus Jazz Band. Je passe de longues heures a visionner toutes ces vidéos, je peux donc bien participer un peu à leur financement. Je vous souhaite encore beaucoup de succès

This is a nice, comfortable Brazilian tune that leaves you wanting more. It has a very Stan Getz feel to it (I see I wasn't the only one to notice that), and both Alba and Scott are wonderful, as is usual for both of them. I could go for more of this. The only strange thing I noticed is that this was recorded about two and a half years ago. I know we had a slight pandemic along the way, but that seems like a long time to hold this back from release. But I'm glad it's out now!
