Alyssa has becoming a smart player all throughout this past years. Before she was hitting the ball whenever she sees an opening but now, she's doing some measures. Hindi na siya basta basta umaatake ng bola and she's been doing some other jobs in the court. She's doing the setting, the digs and receiving even the defense, this is the grow I wanna see from her, and I couldn't ask for more. And her leadership is always, as always commendable.👏

Off ang game ng CCS dito, lahat sila halos, kahit si Jia ilang beses nag-error sa setting. Errors lang talaga ang naging kalaban nila dito, halos kalahati ng scores ng Army galing sa errors nila. Pero yung attack points ng CCS palong-palo. Game changer din yung mga bench players nila like Tots and Kyle, Negrito's serves are lethal and naka-ace din ata sya. Team effort talaga tong panalo nila, and of course the clutch Queen Alyssa Valdez, sanay na sanay sa dikdikang laban. 20 points with 17 digs pero off pa ang game nya dyan ha, her defensive skills improved so much. And I like the fact na inako nya yung fault nung na-injured si Pangs, yung kahit wala namang may kasalanan, inako nya pa rin. Best captain ever, the level of respect that I have for this woman is just over the roof.
