My Brand new GTR 230 is slowly opening up. As per the run in sequence Power/ RPM is restricted or the first 5hrs of use. I have about 2.5hrs on mine now and it’s awesome Fun

Nice vid mate, nice seeing the differences as I was looking at both of these models. The '21 would of been $3,500 more though. I just got my '17 gtr-x 230 in a few days ago, hoping to get it out on the lake this weekend!!!

I would say in perfect conditions riding with the current i would say 109 or 110kmh

@@jermainesseadoolife1738 I didn’t see anything over 100 until I hit 5hrs (run in period) been hitting 104 with a passenger and full tank of fuel on less than ideal conditions

@@Ah87100 Yeah I had to push down at the back with the vts all up for it to flicker 107 I think 108 and maybe 109 is max. Definitely slower than previous 2019 model which could get 113 pretty easily

@@jermainesseadoolife1738 yeah A little strange that Sea Doo made it slower. But I guess they have made it ride and handle better. Super happy with my Ski. Dealership told me the 300hp tune loads straight onto the 2021 GTR 230. Nothing motor wise is different from the 300 performance Ski

How is the audio system I have the 2020 and have never been able to get an opinion on it. Are you able to keep it running when the engine is off?

Its very good loud enough to hear when just cruising but at full speed you can't which is expected. I am not sure if they stay on with engine off. I think it stays on for like 10 mins after riding for a bit not sure tho
