Hard case we were in there after you and I found the 8 pointer carcass - let out a roar just before I found it and had a stag come in at the exact same spot but couldn't get a shot off. Awesome video mate!

Lol... Copy cat!. Did you get a look at the one that came in?.. Because when I got the 8 pointer there was another one right behind it. So I had a choice of taking the small one.. Or see what was coming next... I took the first one!... 😁

@@ScottGiltrap haha nah I only got a little glimpse then he stopped behind a tree and never came out. Saw a couple of good 8 pointers on that trip though! Bloody nice little stalk along the top of that ridge where you got yours

Good stuff mate! that was a great vid & great trip by the looks, yea the sika stags can be bloody finicky buggers in the roar! i,ve done fly ins in the roar + walk ins & doesn,t matter what ya do with them they just can be all on one day & nothing the next!... but they still make great hunting (and eating:) ) very addictive! keep em coming mate enjoy the vids

Nice work getting onto so many in the bush mate! Hard case watching the 'bird' for awhile... I was watching a 'rock' for a good couple of minutes recently in the bush which ended up being a sleeping sika hind
