Great video. Used to live in Miami area till Hurricane Ira caused so much water damage to my complex in 2017 that we all had to leave and vacate and I didn't have 1st, last and deposit (average: $4,000) to move-in into a new place and this was 2017; can't even imagine what 1st, last and deposit is on a decent apartment in the area now! The driver reminds me so much of Linda Evangelista (one of my favorite models from the era of Supermodels - Naomi, Linda, Cindy and Claudia). Great review of the mad hot market in South Florida. Don't miss it. Live in the Southwest where my rent is 25% of what it used to be and I am so happy I left Florida.
