I own a 37 AP bus and just toured a similar model. Our fireplace in the living room below the tv. We use it all the time in cooler weather. A fireplace in the bedroom seems like a waste of space to me. This model and the 40 IP have their bed on the drivers side which we don’t care for because your head is your is on your neighbors side. So what? If you sleep with side window open and your neighbor stays up late or has a smokey fire it would come right in the window.
