Correction: Sorry for the error. When I first test drove the GT4x2 model, it didn't come with a 360 camera. Apparently, Mitsubishi quietly added a 360 camera on their 2021 GLS and GT models. Thanks to those who pointed it out.

Try pressing the PVM button right next to the parking sensors button. It also works in driving low speed such as getting out a tight parking spot.

They could’ve added the 18” wheels from the pre-facelift V to distinguish it from the G. The lack of foglights on the G is disappointing though.

What toyota needs to upgrade with the fortuner are: 1. suspension; 2. very stiff hydraulic power steering; 3. 3rd row seat space and folding.

I think the 2016-2020 Fortuner v variant is much better than the 2021 model.

Fortuner has a lot of faults. Hard suspension, side folding 3rd row seats, low engine power and yet, this is the top selling mid size SUV due to reliability, low maintenance cost, availability of spare parts and good resale value.

Nice review! I have to point out though that the Montero comes with a 360 camera on all variants except the glx, so its not only exclusive to the fortuner and terra.

Hmm thanks for this. Although ill have to confirm it first. I dont remember the gt 4x2 having a 360 camera when i test drove it

jaywalkur it's something they added for 2021 on gls and gt 4x2 models. They also enabled the smartphone app for the gt 4x2. Too bad, I got my montero gt last year so it didn't come with those two features, im not regretting it though since im happy to trade it for the huge discount.

Let me spoil you, all of them suck! HAHAHAHA kidding aside I currently own an MuX and a Monterosport and I used to own a Fortuner. All of them sound pretty bad, but looking at the new bose speaker sound system on the Fortuner LTD, ill be guessing that those would sound the best.

Seems like headroom is not that good in the middle seat of the second row and the third row. I’m about your size and still have a few inches of headroom in both either seats in our Everest.

You're comparing 2 different engines, 1GD 2.8L ang makina ng Q at LTD, dito sa nirereview, 2GD yung makina ng V that has 2.4L displacement, technically pantay sila ng Montero that also has a 2.4L pero mas malakas ang Montero. Nagets mo ba?
