Some puzzling oversights/goofs: #1 - the vehicle doesn’t automatically lock the doors when the driver exits and walks away. #2 - the Limited 12.3” and Platinum move the driver and passenger temperature from the round knobs up to the main info display and relegates them to small hard-to-see 1/4” high numbers.

I bought a 2021 Toyota Highlander but the problem I am having is that it turns off every hour. I would like to know if through the application it can be deconfigured so that it does not turn off every hour. I was at the Toyota mechanic service and They don't know how to deactivate it and the only thing they told me is that the car comes like this from the factory. Buy the Volvo if you live in Ice and snow. My brother has a 2014 XC60 and Volvo's never rust. The car has 75000 miles and runs like a champ...I test drove one today and I love it.

Only so much information can be conveyed through a video. If the features are what you are looking for then at some point it is up to a diligent buyer to go test drive the vehicle for themselves. Highway noise, comfort, and ride quality are extremely subjective. Other people's opinion will have very little value compared to your own experience.

I was actually hoping for others that have owned this vehicle to chip in. Your videos are excellent and I've never seen you leave out a feature of the vehicle, but thats not what I need. I care more about how it rides, shifts, comfort and maybe turning radius, but I realize thats not what you do. Your 4k's are awesome though.

For $41,000, this vehicle has to be the most bland/plain Jane I’ve seen in its class. I get the great Toyota dependability which I’m not questioning, but for the price these need way more bells and whistles on this tier package. Other competitors look so much better and give you more for your money. Seems like Toyota is still stuck in 2010 in terms of added features.

Here is what I don't like about Highlanders as I used to have a 2007 4WD which I think had the best size and Engine combination. The new ones are just big and ugly. 1) Toyota should completely remove the useless 3rd row seat. 2) Make the size smaller (I know Rav4 is smaller but unfortunately it doesn't come with 6 cylinder anymore) 3) Lower the price....at $40K + you might as well buy a 4Runner, it would be dumb to buy this one when for few more dollars you can buy a Made in Japan 4Runner. 4) Hire an Engineer from Volvo and Improve the quality of the seats and improve the front facia of the car....Toyota makes the ugliest car ever since the release of 2015 Highlander. They also have the worst seats among Japanese cars. Honda has the best seats and Mazda has the best interior look among Japanese. I hope Mr. Toyoda you are reading this because you tend to discontinue your cars when they become popular such as: 1) FJ Cruiser 2) RAV4 V6 & RAV4 EV 3)MR2 Spyder 4) Toyota Sundrider RV 5) The Original Toyota Supra (not the junk joint venture with BMW) 6) Celica GT You should have never killed FJ Cruiser....that was honestly the best 4wheeler you had and you never attempted to upgrade the model ever since you released it in 2007. It was a shame that you didn't make any changes from 2007 to 2014 to FJ Cruiser and killed it when this car was so popular. Sadly you have three cars now that looks exactly the same size and serve the same purpose (RAV4, Venza and Lexus NX). Bring back the FJ!!!
