Question 🙋‍♂️ Can the driver seat be like a pilot/captain seat or swing so my daughter can get on it once the wheelchair 🦼 is in. Also, can the seat be raised and lower for a driver of 4.5’ feet tall? And last be able to install hand controls (brake and gas)?
