ive been looking at these treks, since you also have the remedy isnt that better for this kind of riding? they might be very similar to ride tho..

the seat tube angle is too slack and the 27.5 gets hung up on chunky downhill. The remedy is a sweet jump bike.

it has thru axles, as you would find on any high end mountain bike. they come with a lever that will undo them.

The trek lever will fit on any thru axle, but Santa Cruz bikes do not come with a lever. That being said, such a thing should not be a deciding factor on what bike to buy.

thru axles with levers can be had for cheap. Most fox forks come with them. They are an accessory. You should decide on a bike based on how it rides. then get thru axles with levers if need be

its pretty short even on paper. 450mm for the medium while the S3 enduro has 465mm
