Hi Tomas. Unfortunately this scooter has problems. Sounds and knocks in the suspension are due to play in the shock absorber bushings. The bushings are made of aluminum and wear out quickly. In Russia, they learned how to eliminate this problem. They change the aluminum bushings to bronze ones and also change the axles to more durable ones. This is turning work. Another problem may appear over time. Splits axles and bearings in the upper suspension unit. I did not wait for all these problems to arise and replaced all bushings, axles and bearings of the new scooter. Disassembled and lubricated the steering gear with Teflon grease. No backlash, no knocks, no squeaks. I agree with you that there is very little light from the headlight. I installed an additional two Arctic 25W headlights. I want to replace the shock absorbers with pneumatic ones. By the way, the number of magnets in the P07 motor-wheel is incorrectly specified in the computer settings. I counted 30 of them, but not 28. And the diameter of the wheels is not 10 inches, but 9.6 inches P06. When I corrected this data in the computer, it began to accurately measure the distance and speed. I compared it with gps. I have driven it for 570 km. Good luck, shake your hand.

hey thanks or the info ! I will keep this in mind and will definetly as my repair shop to change the bushings at first then Ill have to take care of the rest as this is not free + winter is comming so im not sure how much longer I will ride it before the first snow :)

its all does not matter realy, the most important thing - frame and folding mechanic. rest parts you can change, except those.

I have same scooter with 1300km and no problems(with 90kg rider)... i upgraded handlebar(i hate folding handlebar), front shock(Exa air shock) and steering dumper... Steering dumper made this scooter perfect...

One thing that would’ve been nice on this Scoot is an adjustable display. While the throttle is in a comfortable position, the display is not visible while riding and looking down. If there was a design to rotate the display to face up, you could actually see what’s happening. Vsett…. See what you can do for your next model. P.S. If it is addressed, might as well address the sun glare issue as well.

What size battery did you get? Can you switch the right brake lever to the left side and the left brake lever to the right side, so that bump on them will be on the bottom?

Its really bad to put hydraulic brakes upside down, dont do it

@@happysnowman3223 If i remember correctly, shimano hydraulic brakes have designed space for small air bubbles at the top. If you flip it upside down, you take that space away, and small bubbles can go where they shouldnt. I think it depends what hydraulic brakes you have, but basic rule is not to use them upside down

Get some WD-40 sillicon spray and use it on the suspension and gently wipe it off - it will eliminate that issue. Had same issue with mine. :) Don't use standard WD-40 though as that will destroy it over time.

I know exactly what you mean about the controls and the horn 😂 . Fortunately there’s a solution on Amazon for the horn. I also purchased a headlight from Olight, 1500 lumens which makes a HUGE difference. Just need to figure out how to improve the position on the controls.

So think of that so-called bulb headlight as a magnifying glass so basically it’s kind of like a projector light on a regular vehicle it projects a clearer light and isn’t all fuzzy and saturated I personally love the headlight on this scooter. Yes, it is low and it doesn’t get that much ground light but at the same time it’s bright enough for you to see what’s in front of you even what the light isn’t shining on.

Yes, but if you are driving at 45km/h or faster it suck as you only see 2-3 meters in front of you ar if yo spot a hole in the roar you might not be bale to avoid it, hit it and fall down

deff not and there are a few reason for it. First its weaker so less power, the battery is smaller so less range, the build quality could be better for ex the plastic tail in the rear where you lean with your foot will crack or brake eventually, if you will ride it quite often you WILL get that wiggle in the steering columb as the lock mechanism is shit in comparisson with Vsett 10+ and finally the price it costs the same or more than Vsett 10+ and I just cant justify the price for a worse product. If you could get it for lets say 1200-1500 $ sure, but not for 2300-2400 $

be nice if it had a LED lighting on the side of the deck like the blade 10 or maybe even on the stem like a dualtron scooter. one thing I never understood how the front of the scooter don't brake as much then on the rear. There both efficient but like one brakes more then the other which I never understood that.

the main bolt in the neck and collar and the cup inside of the neck need to get grease its a easy fix look it up on here you will need a second hand for this kind of job heavy duty grease will take out the creaking and the breaks on your scooter just needs to be tuned in got to a bike shop they will do it for you if you dont know how nice vid buddy

I have the same issue with the mantis. Those brakes look like rebranded zoom. Same as kaabo uses. I have both zoom labed and kaabo labled so i bet those are zoom. Anyway i have the throttle almost flat and breaks pointed down. Way more comfortable. The finger throttle is not a good design. I thought about modding it by adding a thumb thottle or if i can afford one eventually, the Rion thrust throttle.

U need a steering damper and u need to change the suspension its to soft bro your gonna lose control after 40mph trust me its way to soft and it will clear up the clunking and you need to grease the stem thats the noise your hearing from the stem u have to take the the stem off and grease it bro i have the same scooter even dualtrons do that out of the box

@@milordas rotate the stem left or right. But still you need the folding to lock rbe scooter sometimes I usually fold the right side of the handle bar to be able to lock it at work with a u lock

Try carbon peist or both clasic MTB wheal and don't cut it buy 800cm and then cut it at 780cm than go to 750 is my sweat spot all my bikes and scuters hawe 750 steering wheel. Its to mee sweat spot.

Ita all ok but caring bastard is hewy but it's flys without eny buying additional parts . I nail him 66 an 75kmh but that was on mobile I didn't put on garmin. But this scooter us for people who liwe 15,20km from town cos I'm in center and I haw too wait too properly try the spead, and its too big for EU bicikle lains i had it 2 weaks and its beast but for center I rather use my Vsett8 his younger brother . But next gen off 10+ is mine

Thanks for the honest review. I don't like the controller 1 finger throttle and of course you can't see it in sunlight. That's just ridiculous for the price. I hate that trigger throttle! I raced moto cross for many years and the throttle type is best but the thumb is not bad either That will stop me from buying this scooter, otherwise I really like it
