2021 屋根の雪下ろし

七草寒波が通過して、つかの間の晴れ間。
この積もった量で3回目の雪おろしとなりました。
この冬初の雪下ろしから、ちょうど２週間目かな〜・・・。
家のまわりの積雪は久々の３m超えでした〜！
そろそろ疲れが・・・。

I just noticed, about at 5:00. He's wearing little snow shoes! Not those big things they wear up north in the states and Canada! No wonder he isn't sliding around!! Good job. Both with the shoes and the snow!!!! You deserved that rest!!

There are many other tools which can help to clean the snow much quicker .

There are snow rakes or snow razors, etc. but only able to use on one story homes! This method requires the person to be on the roof and is obviously very effective and quicker than shoveling!

20年以上も使い続けている鉄製のスノーダンプです。軽そうに見えますが・・・結構重いです。でも頑丈です。

Closest thing in the US that I can find is the "yooper scooper" they run from $140 - $190. They actually do not look that sturdy will most likely loosen up pretty quick but might be worth looking at. If you can find shop in town that does any kind of metal fabrication you might get them to make one for you.

Please take extra care when removing snow from the roof , utilizing safety ropes to prevent falling . From Tokyo of the Land of the Rising Sun 🇯🇵

In this case, falling would be fun. There is probably at least 10 feet of snow on the ground.
