This was really interesting, especially seeing how you use the extra notebook. I've also been using a weeks mega for work, and agree that having something tangible rather than digital helps me keep priorities in view. I keep running dailies in the notes pages, and collections for things like 'feature requests/ideas' and 'bugs to look into' in the back.

I've been copying your planner style in my weeks for the last couple weeks and it's been so helpful for me! I always worried about not having a lot to write down for work (compared to others) because I'm also very inbox heavy (IT system admin/support role) so I find I'm just typing more things out more often than not. Using the back pages for dailies has been SO helpful and using the right-page on the weekly as a 'weekly' task list to pick from each day works out SO well for me. Your videos have been SO helpful and I really appreciate it!

Thank you! I’m glad it’s working out! I always feel a little strange about not having a ton of things to ‘plan’ for work but couple focus points per day keep me on track and I’m not questioning what’s not broken 😂

I use mega for home and work. I’m in IT too and train a lot too and you gave me a lot of ideas to make this work as a daily in case I need backup

When you ordered your VDS cover, did you make any special requests with respect to leather texture? It is beautiful!

I write too large for me to use a Weeks for work, but this does look amazing. Also, are you using metal tabs at the bottom?

I’m my hand writing had slowly adapted to the hoboncihi grid sizing over the years I think. Yes, they’re Midori index clips!

what pens would you recommend for the hobonichi paper. i know you have mentioned them in a couple of videos but i cant remember which.

My go to is the Uni jetstream. It’s a ball point but never smears on me and highlights well
