Excellent video showcasing this exhaust system. It's a bit too loud for me. I'm only looking for this particular exhaust system because it is already installed on a bike im looking to purchase. Of all the exhausts I've heard so far on the MT09 I like the sound of the Austin Racing Exhaust. It's a British company. Thanks again for your review. It let me know I'll probably be changing the exhaust system if I buy the bike.

I’m using the GoPro 9 with the media mod case. The GoPro 9 by itself has great wind detection. Yea the audio is super clear. Surprised me when I first used it.

Love the new mt09 however I can’t stand the way the headlight looks on the bike. It looks like it’s too high up on the forks. If it were lower it wouldn’t be so bad. Hopefully there will be an option to put a motodemic round headlight in the future.

hey man, how do you get such good sound quality with little wind noise? I just started a channel and I have a purple panda mic , and theres still wind noise at about 60mph+

I’m using the GoPro 9 w/ media case. I have wind detection on high. I was pretty surprised as well how the GoPro blocks out almost all of the wind.

@@TyChamp thats insane man, ive heard nothing bud bad things about gopros mic and wind settings... mine sounded absolutely terrible. I am still having trouble with wind even with a mic running inside of my helmet. Im probably getting an fz09 here in a few weeks as well! im pumped

@@joeycarpenter33 yea my buddy has the GoPro 7 and his blocks absolutely no wind. He tried using a fuzzy and that doesn’t help either. But it seems the GoPro 9 & 10 are excellent in the wind. Can’t wait dude!! I expect to see some videos from you!!

Sounds good but you do take your eyes off the road a lot to glance. Sometimes three times just to move one lane. Use those bar end mirrors.

Appreciate the advice but, if your not looking over your shoulder when you merge or change lanes, you’re riding wrong. Not only does looking over your shoulder check to make sure the next lane is open, you also can see if cars are coming up faster in that lane then you can tell in your mirrors or if they are merging into the lane you want too. Bar end mirrors are nice but they also limit your view. I use my bar ends to do my initial check of the lane next to me and when I’m ready to merge, I shoulder check and observe if it’s safe for me to lane change.

No. Which is alittle disappointing cause at really high speeds the bike feels alittle unstable. Which isn’t super surprising since its a naked. I’ve thought about seeing if the fz09 damper would fit this bike, haven’t gotten around to it yet.

No but, you should definitely get one. I rode with no tune for about 1k miles. Bike ran perfect. My ecu got reflashed by Yamaha so I’m not tuned anymore. Going to send ecu back out to get flashed again.

From my understanding, no it does not. Tune is definitely recommended for performance and smoothness of bike. Over time ecu should be able to adjust for difference in exhaust.

@@bokelund9176 fitment was great. If you don’t get it aligned perfectly it makes it hard to put the support bolt under the foot peg, but it was easy install. No I haven’t flashed the bike yet, definitely planning on it.
