The dad got locked up again new charges in October 2021 - not good for his case but can’t find any later updates. Tomaka Browning was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and INTERFER W/EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 5:41 a.m. Browning’s bond has been set at $3,000.00.

Her eye rolls are annoying, she's trying to catch him off guard but it's not working LOL. I seen another video of these two about a year ago and the mother had done everything they asked plus and all her drug screens were negative. He had one positive for Marijuana but he had been in Colorado where weed is legal. I think they didn't have any reason not to return the child at that point. She got a good paying job and at first they wanted child support but her attorney argued how is she supposed to pay support when she's paying for drug test not initiated by CPS. She didn't trust them so she had her own done too

Mom has a felony kidnapping case of another child that was already taken and in CPS care. So, she already should be doing time for that felony…these kids need SAFETY & STABILITY !
