Enjoy the videos very much. If you are throwing a medicine ball trying to strengthening the core move . What direction do you release the ball. I seen just several feet in front of the target line, horizontal and or upward. Is there a preferred direction?

Horizontal. Just release the ball by using the speed developed on the way down. No intentional throwing action near the release.

I don't have any specific specs for the board. The board needs to be large enough for your foot size and stance. That's all.

I notice the board thump tends to coincide with the kettle bell lining up just before your leg(s) on the way down each way. Would this "full" weight transfer point coincide with the proper golf swing or do you think a little earlier? Thank you for all your help, Dr Kwon. Best golf channel out there. :)

The end of the board drops when the force on that side is greater than that on the other side. So the timing can be a bit different from that of the max. loading.

Make it yourself. Any board with a fulcrum in the middle should be OK.

I get the impression that the pressure on the right forefoot is a bit late, which would make the swing a bit arms heavy ? (at least for the swing that I am practicing)

I don't particularly think so. The rocking board drops as soon as the force on that sie becomes greater than the other.

Hi - I am finding that focusing on throwing the arms (ala unsheathing the sword feeling) is making my lower body move in the right way ie the left side is bracing in preparation for the arms coming down- is that a correct feeling as I always thought I should have the lower body initiate the golf swing rather than my arms? It feels like this is the complete opposite of what has been taught for so long ?
