The best thing about Western Dressage is that all the owners, trainers, exhibitors, etc that are sick and tired of crippling their horses for Western Pleasure now have a class. Same with Ranch Riding. No $5000+ outfit and $10,000 saddle req'd. You're rewarded for forward moving horses.

um, what do you mean "like a normal horse"? Quarter horses are normal horses. And they are the best at what they do. Race a few barrels, rope a few cows, find out what they can do.
