Holy shit, I don’t think people realize how impressive that timpani player is. At 3:05 he is manually changing the pitch of the drums with his foot to create a bass guitar-ish sound.

Almost one year later and I still vouch that Rarick absolutely rivals Rennick in not just Battery, but Front Ensemble as well. Tones, Textures, Rhythm, I get chills (especially since the 2015 Kinetic Noise Ballad). Well deserved Sanford, and I am looking forward to what’s brewing for this year too.
