It's a shame that BMW made so many adjustments to their M branding on these LCI's - remember this is a BASE MODEL X4 with an M package. Nothing about this vehicle has M heritage but there's indication that this vehicle is special. It takes away from M sport and M performance models... Imagine paying extra money for an AMG logo on a CLA300 and telling people you have an AMG.

People do pay more for AMG Pkg, S-Line Pkg, R-Line Pkg, M Sport Pkg etc and they often tell people they own an M or an S etc, its not right but its what happens and I agree when you say it takes away from the exclusivity of the real cars but by the manufacturers creating fans of these brands earlier on it tries to hold their interest until they can get the "M" and such. Real M owners still feel exclusive in the sense their performance cannot be matched by the non M cars. I agree with you but this is why this is happening. Please like, share and subscribe!
