What an awesome cruise with your whole Ohana! It was great experiencing cruising from the eyes of your kids who have never been on a cruise before! We bring our Tide pods and dryer sheets on longer trips too, gotta be prepared! Great minds! Bill, there is a prescription level sea sickness patch called Scopolamine that is applied a few hours before cruising and it works wonders on sea sickness! No drowsiness, just “set it and forget it”. Pro tip... if you go to Walmart in PV you can pick up some tostada shells to use with the salsa bar at Blue Iguana! They do not sell tortilla chips. We asked and the lady said, "We make our own. We do not buy store bought chips!" LoL

Watching on my tv, but had to go on my laptop to comment. This brings back memories.....not the cruise but the terminal. I remember many many years ago when the terminal that Carnival created in Long Beach actually housed the Spruce Goose. That's what the dome was built for (though I'm sure you already know that LOL). So amazed how they remodeled it.

Something important to note: If you are from the USA, you do not need a passport when you get on and off the ship at your departure point. However, if for some reason you get left behind, or have a medical emergency, you will need a passport to fly from one country to another. I would recommend you have a passport on you at all times.

If you keep your passport in the safe in your cabin and you're missing from the ship when it's time for them to leave, they will retrieve it from there and give it to the port authorities.
