2022 Dodge Durango RT Hemi Orange Edition gets Carven 5 inch exhaust tips

It’s been a month since i bought my 2022 Dodge Durango RT Hemi Orange Edition with Tow N Go. I couldn’t stand the chrome exhaust tips as I mentioned in my last video. I called up Carven Exhaust in Corona California and picked myself up a set of 5 inch exhaust tips. Super easy install, all I used was a ratchet and a 13mm socket. They fill in the gap perfectly. Let me know what you guys think.

Awesome I had it these tips on my Charger Scatpack Widebody. Glad I removed it before sell the car early this year. I’m almost getting a Durango with Tow n Go package and looks like I already have a simple mod for it.

Luv the color- can you get tips with more of an angle cut. Any issues with heat damaging plastic as I see you went with 5"

Thank you, I appreciate that. They are $229 but I waited for a sale. They have them from time to time. Or I’d call and talk to Hunter and see if you could get a discount. Or look online at other vendors who carry them. I saw one for around $200 shipped.

Thanks bro! Honestly I haven’t launched it yet. I just hit the 500 mile mark and didn’t push it too hard during break in. I’m sure I’m going to love it 👍🏻

Looks awesome, I was debating between these the kooks and the vicrez ones. Can you do a sound clip please. Also just picked up a 2023 black on black hemi orange with tow and go fully loaded for 59500. My dealer was awesome. But I had the decal delete. Also gonna get some custom seat belts that are black with a small line of hemi orange.sad I couldn’t get the console storage option though on the hemi orange. @@hemiorangedurango22 one thing I noticed that is different. Maybe you can shine some light, did they get rid of the fog lights and side mirror blinkers for 2023 models? My 2021 had them and I noticed you have them too. My vehicle is fully loaded with all options but I don’t know what changed?

Any difference in exhaust sound with the aftermarket tips? Or just for looks?

It was hard to tell at first but then with before and after vid’s I was able to hear a slight difference. It was more of a cosmetic look for me. The chrome tips just didn’t look right on an all black vehicle. Plus having the 5 inch tips filled in the gap nicely.

They will if weld them on. The tow n go have the SRT exhaust which have bolts that connect the exhaust tips.

At first I couldn’t tell but I did before and after cold starts and driving and I could tell from the video. Nothing too crazy but yes I could tell.

Nice decorative piece to bad there's nothing beneficial besides now you can clearly see the stock pipe inside the housing so you know it's not even a legit tip, idk I woulda just spent the extra 100 or saved a paycheck for a legit exhaust system and headers man. Your missing out big time, but nice start that's forsure I got GIBSON performance exhaust and headers with cold air intake 93 tune. Closest thing to the hellcat just can't keep up with them trackhawks
