I have a question concerning where I would need to go to custom order a 2021 FPIU from ford to my liking with all the spec custom to me, for say like security or bounty hunting ?

You would have to find a dealer that will sell you one. Only govt can order them new, but some dealers order in stock units and will let one slide under the table.

Factory lights are an epic fail. We can install better and duo/trio lights for cheaper.
