I have the exact same bike and I love it. I’m a little taller than you so I went with the forward controls and I just love to ride it.

That right turn signal switch is way too close to the kill engine switch that my novice friend shut off his bike as he was going for the turn signal to make a turn. Rookie mistake, and he has since learned from that one time, but just a heads up when you're still learning your way around the bike.
