Nice to have you back Zeth. Never feel sorry if you could not post, because work and customers come first! And we as farmers are thankful to have service personnel like you. Just do your thing, do it when you want and don't feel forced to post on youtube if you currently do not have the time for it.

Just finished the below comment when my better half walked in and watched your post. She passed on her thanks for showing her in easy to understand talk what I did before I was able to take early retirement. She never knew what our work involved, not sure what way to take that, but will most likely show with a more complex 'Honey to do list' in the future. lol. But thank you again as my wife fully understands for the first time what I did and why sometimes I came home a little messed up and well oiled and greesed.

Welcome back and that seat fix is really good as it saves some operators from bypassing the safety feature. That safety sitch has saved many people from life threatening injuries as well as life changing injuries, also good that Deere have finally altered the way they wire it. Keep up the good work, From an ex IH field Tech and R&D engineer Stay Safe and keep those post coming as and when you have the time to do so. Family and work before KZbin.

Thanks for another great video ZK. It was interesting and enjoyable. Great to see you. We missed your videos. I fully understand you not doing videos during harvest season. The farmer needs equipment to work at harvest and NOW not two days from now. Enjoyed the items you showed. All of the fixes you did were just knowing how to work around the problem and allowed the equipment to get back going at harvest. Number one just rerouted the check valve. Understandable. Number two the seals out. Nice of the farmer to go and get the new seals for you. Needed that combine moving. Number three being that seat. Very clever fix on that one. But it got the problem fixed and safety concerns in order for the farmer. Main thing is you got the equipment moving at harvest. You take care and be safe ZK. Looking forward to the next video. Hopefully things will slow a bit as harvest gets done. Thanks for everything ZK. Appreciate you taking the time to show us a few fixes. You take care at this busy busy time. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Hi Zeth, nice having you back although I fully understand at this time of year you will be run off your feet with harvest, so don't worry about not getting videos out. Loved the temporary seat fix which allows the farmer to keep going and but also ensures safety is maintained. Thanks as always from Scotland.

Welcome back Zeth. We have missed you , but understand the farmer comes first . I know the frustration of having a new machine that you can not use at the busy season . We all love your videos , but are proud that you are able to keep the Green Iron Running .

I had a 8400R that wouldn't steer just like the one in this video. It would steer if you engaged a SCV just like this tractor did. Mine ended up being the main pump compensator valve. I didn't figure this out until after installing that external check valve.

We have 2 8245Rs and one of them has a similar steering issue. Sometimes it will only steer one way, others it won’t at all until you hit an SCV. It also as front duals, the other doesn’t and had never had any issues there.

I would have to say the 8430 is my favorite. It's a tier 3 9.0L which has plenty of power and is reliable. It doesn't have a dpf or def. It has integrated autotrac and good hydraulics.

@@ZKMasterTech oh my God! I have 8430 with ps16. Anche 8335 with ps16. on the 8335 you have to disassemble the kat dpf group and blow it blow it blow it heat it and blow it. 8335 with ps16 is animal motor !

So I'm running a S780 with a 8 row Rota disc Geringhoff head. It does NOT have row sence sensors on the head. I want to use auto track guidance. I have 2 pie pieces and when I click enable guidance I set a code for steering controller fault. Rowsence is disabled because I have no sensors on the head and I just want to use gps guidance which I have a subscription for. Is there anything you can think of to make this work?? Is there a plug on the head I need to unplug?? It was a used head we bought. Could it be wiring or previously installed rowsence and partially removed when they traded it?? I guarantee there are no previous sensors still on it. Thanks for the great videos!!
@paulmoberg95252 жыл бұрын
The code it is setting is rowsenve voltage out of range which it has no sensors
