Sade Sati is not always bad. It depends on Dasha, Antardasha. I went through(Still) in SS and when good Antardashas came, i was peaceful and all, like i got a job suddenly and more work which lead to success name fame and promotion in 3-4 months of Sun-Ketu period. Later i lost job because Sun-Venus is bad for me due to venus not good planet for me. I also had very good over all life when Saturn is transiting my 1st house over moon. Travels, vacations, good friends and ok job, still struggled to get good job(Sun-Mercury). So it is not continuous and wont be same for all. I know friend who got stability when SS started
