2022 KLX230R (my review)

Thanks for watching!! Ive been itching to go play on my wife's bike for a good time lol. I finally had to take it out since its been seating for 2 months,Ive never actually rode it as like ripp around on it, but honestly this bike is a BLAST to ride. I notice a trend in YT videos about people wanting to stiffen suspension. Remember if the suspension doesn't bottom on occasion then you are just riding around with less suspension travel. It's different if you are a pro or jump off large jumps all the time. Also, many videos show people sitting down a lot, stand up when it gets bumpy, and your legs help with absorbing what you are riding over. A better attack stance for terrain also. I think the 230 is perfectly fine for most people, with the suspension set up for their weight. In the old days, we added/made a spacer on top of the fork springs(a half-inch to an inch) and used ATF oil. I would like to buy the enduro version, thats why I watched this.

Look up Bruces Suspension, hes in NC. He has a solution for those soft front forks! I have the same bike for 2 years now, no mods except a headlight and hand guards and foldable levers. I'm about to get a larger rear sprocket. But yeah Bruce has a solution I'm about to do it to.

Yeah I’m in California/ Bay Area and the red sticker & green sticker rule some BS 👎🏽 we have a lot of wild fires out so that’s they way of keeping everybody safe 😂

I’ll let you know about the front suspension gonna see if the triples and front forks work from a 2007 klx250r or from a 22 klx300r
