Was watching this in my car while parked. Heard the bugs outside in your video and thought my serpentine belt was squeaking 😂 good video man. Crazy how easy ktm makes it. Done 2 checks. 1 at 1 hour and one at 60. In spec both times

My 2019 501 is at 369 hours and all 4 are in the middle of the spec.

A thing to be careful with, the valve cover has a vent gasket inside at the top for the air box breather. Put a dab of grease on it so it doesnt move when you reinstall the cover.

Are you sure you are referring to the 2022 model? I did not see anything in the valve cover that can move.

You spend too much effort and video time going over things like removing tank and seat but did not show in detail exactly what the TDC mark looks like. At this point, the manual is more helpful than this video...
