Hi, HW01 only make keys that can do emergency start for landrover(after 2018 newer version)? must need HW04?

HW01 Can do alalrm off reading RFA and need to Remove it Physically. HW04 OBD Tool can use CAN Wires connection without remove RFA. HW01 also can Make Copy of Keys from another Key and also when used with HW04 tool you not need to press button on keys to learn them and simply place key to learn on the HW01 to Learn Faster
