He was perfectly healthy traveling the world alone until the c-vd shot! It wasn't good for him at all but he insists on getting boosted. We just know he'll be going to the e.r. within 3 weeks of taking it.

I have to face the awareness that I am not the body, while being in a body, and while liking a body that looks nice and runs well. Sometimes I think I need a renovation, like I'm doing on my house. But surgery botches actually scare me, and I tried botox and fillers once in 2014, but after it faded the result was sunken under eye and skin that looked like that weird thing that happens after a balloon has been sitting for a month. We do need to support each other in this strange dynamic some of us find ourselves confronted with. Thanks for being so uplifting in a way that really connects with me, and the self talk I need right now. 🎁💝 and by the way, I think your hair is gorgeous when it's high and and swept up and back off the face. Continue to do your hair how you love it, because it looks great no matter which style you choose.

It seems like you have to address the facelift issue from time to time but this is the first time that I have heard that people have been offended . . . I enjoy the blunt honesty of aging. We all need to be honest about it and be able to talk about it. Subscribing to your channel is voluntary and if they don't like it they don't have to. I’m 54 and my much younger hair stylist didn’t believe I have never had Botox. She actually asked me to raise my eyebrows! I’m definitely aging, but I’m also blessed genetically skin wise. Everyone is different. You look beautiful as always 😊

What a fun empties. Loved it. People really need to take things less seriously. I am extremely grateful for the chance to get old (I'm 57, so older, but not necessarily old). It is a privilege denied to many. And I'm okay with lines and wrinkles, and crepey skin, ,etc. It is what it is. Men can age and they are distinguished. Women need to be allowed to just age without having to take extreme measures to look like we are 30. Not saying we shouldn't do anything to protect our skin, keep it supple, etc, but extreme measures are just not needed. I lost 27 pounds last year because my cholesterol was a little high and I was nearly pre-diabetic.Excited to find your channel.

I love the honesty with the “old lady skin” because it’s TRUE!! I have never had procedures and am happy with my smile lines. I’m 72 and have always stayed out of the sun because I’m blonde fair and it aggravates Rosacea. I have everything you mentioned the loss of elasticity with the arms etc. I have seen so many people after surgery and when they AGED their face is distorted. I will keep my wrinkles!! I have been a skincare nut since my 20s and had oily skin but menopause added belly fat and I’ve been through menopause 3 times and it’s AWFUL!! My Urologist is saying I need HRT and I may give it a try AGAIN. Life is a journey and I take it day by day and stay on top of my aging skin and getting rid of belly fat. My Holy Grail is Trentinoin cream. Been using it since it came on the market!! People think I’m 50!! I love you and I love your Channel!! Stay BEAUTIFUL!!❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🙋‍♀️

If that person that made the comment thinks it looks weird to wear your hair up "so high", then they shouldn't do it; but you look fabulous with your hair up. I never noticed that it was "too high". I love your hair. I am 68 and have been wearing my thick, straight hair to my shoulders forever, because I believed what people said about not wearing it long after a "certain age". By following this advice, I realized I look like I have a square above my shoulders AND have spent a fortune getting blowouts over the years...the only time it looks really good styled at shoulders. As an "ole lady" of 69, it is what it is. Where did the time go? lol I've been dieting since about March. (Hate New Year's resolutions) I've purchased many of the things you have recommended even Virgils sodas. Slow but sure losing about 1/2 -1 pound a week if I am lucky. So many unhappy, jealous and just rude people out there. I admire you. You aren't afraid to discuss "touchy" subjects that other won't. It is what it is as I say. I really don’t understand why people find it hard to believe that people can look younger than their age without surgery! My mom had smooth skin in her 70’s with very view lines! My sister and I have nice skin in our 60’s. Maybe that’s why I know it’s totally possible. Hi Tammy! Happy New Year to you and Lou! I ‘spoke’ to you several weeks or so ago about my journey alongside you and the lifestyle/weight loss/new version me macro counting way! OMG…again…I am succeeding! I gained 40lbs covid lockdown fat..landing mostly in my belly. I’m soon to be 69 and proud to say I’ve lost 12.4 lbs in a month! I can’t believe the scale sometimes. This is so easy…the fitness app, the scale that measures all my body ‘going’s on’ and My Fitness Pal app automatically calculates what I need it to. Your video about what you eat in a day seriously helped me…restock my fridge with simple things, sweet potatoes, greens (lots) egg whites, sous vide chicken, fish, and use my air fryer for cooking my meals all together in one swoop. I have the sear plate which I use for it all. I do cook 1 sweet potato alone and slice about an inch every night and put it on the sear plate with some veg, protein and make my salad while it’s all cooking for 6 mins..all done. I am so excited Tammy. Mostly tho, I FEEL better…walk taller, w/ more confidence and generally a lighter in my step attitude. The lockdown really affected so many of us…and it’s taking me a little longer to bounce back..but I’m doing it! Thank you again, beautiful lady.

@@superwomaninyourdreams3465 I just jumped in not knowing diddly about macros...I trusted the process and that if Tammy could do it then by gosh, I could too. She said many things about her 'issues' ie: IBS, neck/skeletal, skin, likes/dislikes...sugar/carbs and that nothing she did ever worked or helped....BINGO! That was me, too. Tammy's attitude and 'way about her' just pushed the right button for me...I am one of those that will research till the cows come and STILL not completely understand, that is until I just jump in the deep end. This was no different. I was done. I was (I guess!) ready to finally do something other than self loathe on myself everyday...and so far..this has been amazing. I just got the scale, downloaded the app and went form there..To be honest, I am learning about macros as I go...BC the app does it for me..shows me and breaks it all down. The reason I cut a hunk of sw potato(doesn't have to an inch, I just used as an example) but if I didnt, I would, and did use to eat the whole thing. This way, I have a 'good carb' that I love and look forward to without overdoing..I weight (in oz's) everything and log everything now..in the app...and voila. I am so thankful for Tammy doing the leg work on this to begin with..or else I would have never done this ..I tried other apps, other ridiculous counting things and nothing stuck,,it was way too hard..this is basically done for you. I had a wonderful meal at Christmas, ate everything I wanted and was fine, no guilt or self deprecating head swirls..just enjoyed...and I've gone out a few times with the same attitude..I just logged it all in and 'made up' for xmas the next day.. I also do intermittent fasting (also on the app) and I am able to do that easily. Stop eating at 6;00pm and not again until 11;00 am next morning..or even beyond 11 sometimes..I hope this helps you...I am a work in progress...and I am learning this whole thing on the fly...I am so excited when Tammy has a new video out and talks about her journey with this...new nuggets right? A lot of people think she and I are sisters, but it is because she looks so young. I am so proud to still have her in my life and that she lives by herself. Like you, I would not have ANY surgery unless it was necessary; I'm a chicken. There is nothing wrong with getting old and you are so lovely to be 63! Love your channel and will continue to watch. From one “old lady” to another - I am now the big 80 - I think we are doing fine! I love makeup and I have white hair cut in a bob and I am usually guessed to be in my 60’s which I am grateful for! I have also started counting Macros and I have lost 4 pounds. I have a hard time to get to the amount of protein I am supposed to be eating but I am working on that. The biggest thing I have noticed is I am no longer eating chips or bread, which means I have given up my beloved peanut butter/Nutella sandwich and chips. So far I haven’t really missed them, but if I really want one I will eat one. I am so glad to say that most of your empties I also consume food & vitamin wise. You are so right about magnesium! I have IBS and it is a must. Oh yes - I ordered my Nira from another site and couldn’t get any kind of response as them even saying the got the order and when they finally responded it would be shipped Jan 26. Sooo I came back to your u tube and ordered it and got it quickly and I have been using about a week and a half and I do think it is helping. I am just thrilled to be living a good life at my age! I think it's great that you found Isopure protein powder, that doesn't upset your stomach. Isopure also happens to make an unflavored protein powder without sucralose, that may be safer for some of us. I do think you should let your readers know about the potential problems that sucralose can cause in the gut microbiota in some people. Like many postmenopausal women, I used to suffer from recurrent UTIs. I used to drink Diet Coke sweetened with sucralose. After giving up the sucralose, my recurrent UTIs went away. Sucralose can disrupt the good gut bacteria that release butyrate and lower inflammation. This disruption of good bacteria can allow more of the bad bacteria, such as E. Coli to proliferate in the colon, where they can make their way to the urethra into the bladder. Giving up sugar and sucralose, along with taking a good probiotic that contains prebiotics can help protect women against this.

They can lead their lives not anyone else. I prefer honesty and humor. Btw, your hair looks stunning up, down, however you like it. And, I believe that you have not had a facelift. I am 64 and look good for my age, because I have never smoked, used to have oily skin and have always taken care of my skin because I used to have oily skin and moderate acne. I have friends that think skincare is a trend or the focus of someone who is high maintenance. Or it’s just not their thing. Which is totally fine. I am so thankful I had acne as it made me aware of skin care at an early age and it has paid off. No surgery for me either!

Have you thought about getting a foto facial? I used to get them frequently and then moved to a different city. I have an appointment for one tomorrow for my birthday. Re Amika Wizard, it is a stellar product; I've been using it for a year or so and it's been a game changer (it's the sea buckthorn oil content unique to this product that makes it so effective). I think that if someone makes a beautiful lifting, in fact it is all the body which needs a lifting😅...For me the priority is the health, to love and be loved and do my best to be in a good naturally shape for my age..
