2022 Lincoln Corsair Reserve: How Much Does This Cost And Is It Comfortable?

I own a 2020 Corsair. It's definitely not a rebadged Ford Escape - a few underpinnings but two totally different vehicles. There is no comparison. I traded my Audi Q5 and couldn't be happier. Consumer Reports recently listed it as among Top 10 most reliable. My only complaint is the push button transmission - just not intuitive.

What were they asking vs. what you paid? I am seeing $35,900 (~20,000 miles) with most willing to knock off $1000. I want the head-up display but do not want Sandstone or Cashew interior.

I just purchased a loaded pre-owned 2022 Corsair (Reserve trim) and absolutely love it. It's comfortable, and performance with the 2.3 liter turbo is outstanding. The Revel sound system is spectacular and the handling is fine--not a sport sedan, but completely okay for me. Add it to your list if your looking for a compact luxury SUV. If you're from Detroit as I am, you'll love it!

What ext/int colors did you get? I’m in Florida where they’re mostly Standards or low-option Reserves with Sandstone interiors. I’ve found one in Illinois and four in the New York Tri-State area. I need to decide on one and then plan a trip!

@@richardlee2642 It's black, which would not have been my first choice (especially in Florida!). It does have a tan interior, though, which I love. There were only 4 CPO vehicles at the dealership, and 3 were FWD. I wanted AWD, so the choice was easy! 😀

They added the bottom tail lights because the main tail lights are on a moving object which is against US regulations.

Thank you for your reviews. I was planning on ordering in August in hopes of having by December. But then I learned about a 2024 'refresh'. So now I'm waiting until the end of 2023 for the 2024. I've waited this long, so what's another year?! 😋 Update (July): I've read countless (seriously, I cannot count how many I've read) on Lincoln Forums, Facebook, etc. about the Corsair and I think I'm going to look at the NEW 2023 Lexus RX instead. It appears that Lincoln has issues that they can't seem to troubleshoot in a timely manner. I want something reliable. Please-please-please Lincoln, get it together. The Corsair is gorgeous..but reputation..not so good!

Lots of complaints about the push button transmission from what I have heard. May save a little on gas, but it drags on the get up and go when you need to push through the traffic.

I am surprised at how many have a blacked-out grille with bright aluminum wheels (like the one here) or a chrome grille with the black wheels. It looks odd.

I don't like the flashing little lights ( icons ) on the bottom of windshield on drivers side, It would be very irritating to me .

They don't. It's an artifact of capturing the HUD display with a phone or a video camera.

RDX and GV70 are much better values and their resale values wont drop like a boulder.

The GV70 is a Hyundai product and you're crazy if you think their products hold their value well. Acura is better and even though I'm a Honda guy I'm not a huge fan of the RDX. I might actually prefer the Lincoln on this one.

Not too many vehicles are this stupid. the market dictates seniors drive this.. they can't hear or see very well. One question--why does this vehicle allow you do drive with the tailgate open? I ask as my parents (seniors) drove .5 miles from the house with it up.. and maybe they felt a chill in the air before they realized it? Well that darn tailgate is no longer a problem for the brand new 2022 Corsair as they drove into garage with it open.. and yupp you know the rest. (they feel the chill now as they drive around with trash bags for the backside of this dated vehicle)

I got a 22 Lincoln Corsair and i absolutely love it… My hubby surprised me with the keys. I started out wanting a BMW but the maintenance too expensive. The Corsair is a nice luxury, sleek ride.
