President post is waste in India. Who will attack the president? There is no use of president (no real powers). Waste of public money. Just remove all these security and deploy more soldiers in Kashmi instead. Only notable personality was Abdul Kalam, apart from that no one really knows where these presidents will be hiding. @@nandeesh5820 neen odu firstu. How much work they do and how much is spent on them. Also, whether it's possible for independent body to do their work instead. This saves Indian economy more than 1000 crores every year (because presidents pension itself is 5 lacs per month). Every 5 years they retire they get huge pension in addition to enormous amount of perks. Not a good way to spend tax payers money.
