I’m a Kings fan and my biggest worry about taking Sharpe is that, will he contribute right away which is what they need. That’s why I think they’ll probably take Murray. But I would love for them to take Sharpe!

The main thing I notice about Sharpe on what I have seen from him. Is his IQ, he's a great shooter and athlete. Not saying his IQ is low, only that he's going to take much more time to develop his game. If it were me and I wanted to win now which I feel is what the Kings are doing. I would almost bet on everything I own, that they choose A.J. Griffin, however. Anytime someone is already coming in with an injury, it's sort of a turnoff. Which is why I prefer Bennedict Mathurin. Plus he has a lot more ups, dude is a beast of an athlete and has an amazing shot and strength also. Or they could shock everyone and look to trade Harrison Barnes for another pick in this year's draft or a SG/package already in the NBA. Then select Keegan Murray. Lol

I like Keegan Murray, he gives me Jason Tatum vibes. Even though I've always hated Tatum. Hopefully he's a better shooter than Tatum lol.. A.J. Griffin gives me a stronger and a little slower James Harden. He has that same dribble package and stepback, except with a better release now obviously lol. He's a very capable defender with his strength, can be at time's. Yet struggles with his footwork against faster guards. They usually blow right past him and he will give up expecting the C to pick him up. Mathurin isn't perfect on D, but he's much better at staying with his man and most likely going to sky for the block with his elite hops. Mathurin reminds me of Westbrook if Westbrook could shoot the ball 🤣 yet plays SG like Donavan Mitchell with better defense. I know the Pacers will pick Murray, but I'd so love for them to trade a player for Mathurin and Duren. I think OKC is dumb as hell if they select Chet over Ivey. Mainly because they have 4 picks. Ivey is without a doubt a future Superstar. Chet, not so much.. While they could possibly get Ivey and Duren, or at least Ivey and Mark Williams and then get a couple guys like E.J. Liddell, Bryce McGowens or Wendell Moore Jr... They'd be an instant playoff team with Shai/Ivey/Giddey/Bazely/Duren. Talk about 3's, drives and lob city. Dudes be getting buckets and drawing fouls like crazy. Plus Ivey is more aggressive than Shai. Perfect combination imo. Obvious choice if Jabari Smith is off the table. I like Ivey so much if I was Magic I'd be tempted to trade all my PGs of the last few year's lol, select him and trade for the best PF SF C I could get. Lmao Smith that guy though, he can do it all. He'll go #1 if they're smart.. but it is the Magic. What's funny is I had Chet sliding 5th to Detroit and I know they aren't necessarily looking for a C.. but they'd take him I'm sure. He could be aight.. but I bet he fouls out in the first 5 mins in the NBA 😆

I would say Jabari is an Orlando type player, but I feel like they have to take Chet if we’re thinking about that chemistry with Suggs, and I think that they will both benefit each other, bringing Suggs out of his slump and really improving the team

I doubt it. The new CBA will be agreed upon next summer. It would be stupid for them to make a big move now, with a super young team and a great 2023 draft all on top of that, before they know what they will be working with the next 5-6 years salary wise. They aren’t going to get locked into new contracts this year in a big move and not have any idea what kind of fl3xivi,it’s that leaves them with. This is for a lot of teams, but it is specific for th e thunder too bc the CBA moving during their last team build left them on a terrible place, having to shed an up and coming star, and then with no flexibility to build the team around their stats when they got there. They won’t do it when they can completely control that plus everything is in their best interest to wait until the 23-24 season at the earliest on top of that. Adding a top 7 type of pick in this stacked 2923 draft to this core can be a massive part of their next ten years

Other than that they'll run with this young team so next year poku is getting playing time, giddey is improving, tre mann as well and they'll see if Theo pans out.

I am glad Hoops went out on a limb with some picks but I am surprised he placed Daniels so low. To me, Daniels is exactly the type that will sneak up from late lottery to top 10 (maybe top 6-7). He is the only PG in the lottery and his potential is as high as anyone outside of top-3 in this draft. Particularly, Wizards and Knicks can use him. But, even someone like Pacers could pick him up earlier.

Mo Bamba is a non-factor for Orlando and is most likely going to be let go in FA because of how poorly he has played since being drafted. Wendell Carter Jr is the better player and can play both the 4 if they draft Chet or the 5 if they draft one of Jabari or Paolo.

Paolo is the best player available, and if the Luka or Tatum drafts have taught us anything you go with talent over fit. Following onto fit though, you said the Magic had the worst scoring in the league last season. Paolo is the most offensively capable player in this draft out of the gate, and is an underrated facilitator. Paolo is the ideal pick in this draft, passing on him will be a big mistake.

What’s even crazier is if you heard a stat like what team has gone the longest without having a pick better than number 10, the spurs and all of their long running success would be one of the first teams anyone would think of as the answer. But it’s been since 1989 that the pacers, who most ppl wouldn’t even guess in their first 5 guesses, have had a single digit pick. The spurs are there with longevity bc of greatness so it’s easier to imagine, but sadly the pacers are a decade longer bc of mediocrity for most of that 30+ yr timeframe…. so the picks bounce from the back of the first in those two 2-4 yr pockets of being really good that they have had, to mostly the middle of the first as they rode the line between barely making the Playoffs to barely falling in the lottery lol. Kind of sad when you realize it 😂

I don't see the thunder taking 2 centres. If they get Chet they will look to go with the NBL player Ousmane Dieng. OD was shafted for RotY in the NBL this season. My view is Lemelo and Giddy were both RotY players out of the NBL and they came into the league NBA ready they are going to roll the dice that Dieng over delivers. Now if Chet goes number 1 then yeah they are taking a big at 12.

Rockets fan here! I'm hoping Chet and Banchero go 1&2 and Jabari falls to us.......but I'd be happy with Banchero. I wouldn't touch Chet with a ten foot pole! I'm kinda relieved somewhat that he'll most likely be gone by 3. I sure hope we don't draft him! His frail frame scares the living hell outta me. He's an injury waiting to happen I think.
