Imo ever since Simon's injury, he has become the more conservative golfer we all knew he could be now combining his distance and accuracy strengths with a solid game plan and still making highlight plays!
@nolanobertein10132 жыл бұрын
100% agree. Any time in his career when he can manage to play more conservatively, he’s played extremely well. Everyone loves Simon lines, but sometimes tournament play isn’t the best time for it lol

Since the video with Paul where he played smart golf and Paul played Simon lines, his whole game changed.

He did a round with Paul Macbeth at Paul's course, if I remember right. They both chose the other players lines. Simon realized what playing smart can do.

Is anyone else having a hard time following along with the holes? Like I just feel lost when I'm watching them throw these par 5s, I have no idea what they are really aiming for. I think the course designer went way over the top with the length here. Just because they got access to the entire property doesn't mean they have to use it all...
@alxeh2 жыл бұрын
Yep, many of them are a bit difficult to follow. I think it's not just the length, but also the random trees all over that really make it seem like there is no real fairway on many of the holes. 🤔 I still think they are nicer to watch than the OB surrounded "pipes" that some other course designs favor.
