Myvi is a game changer to to P2. P2 need to take care their loyal customer, of course they will put everything in King of myvi. I just like how P2 handling their business. For those who don't know yet, there is Daihatsu Perodua Engine Manufacturing (DPEM) that produced engine for axia and bezza (as far I know). Look how they support local economy (localize part) as well as produce local expertise through this collaboration.

Last year, I was looking for a Myvi to purchase. Since there was a chip shortage and the uncertainty of the pandemic, I decided to cancel as the waiting time was almost 4 months (still is for the new colour cranberry). I kinda feel good that I cancelled bcs the AV seems like all rounder winner since I decided to get the H. I have been looking into Jazz, City, Vios and I can tell you one thing, they got nothing on Myvi for the price and features that they offer. So, looking forward for my electric blue myvi (lower que and the colour I actually want)

About the seats, persona/ iriz seats are not suitable for big/ fat person. My friends whose big in size said they felt like squished inwards when seating in my persona front seats. The flat design in myvi suits them better

Equals to total cost of 833 new top-spec myvis. Assuming they get about 4% profit margin on each, they need to sell about 21,000 of these to recoup the costs, and everything else is profit on top. Perodua sells around 70K Myvis a year as the presenter said just now, so they basically need 3-4 months.

I’ll buy a new MyVi as I’ve purchased the one I drive in 2018 and it’ll reach 5 years soon. I’ll have to purchased the 1.5 because I use Bluetooth a lot (and the 1,3 doesn’t offer it..:(( It will not change much except the gearbox but I am very happy with mine, so, look forward:)

I'm currently with my G1-Myvi 1.3(A) clocking at +/- 150,000km it drives me well considering I'm a defensive driver(Highway Hog). I really like the G3.2-Myvi but I'm still doubt if the gearbox suits my defensive driving 🤔with conventional 4AT. Anyone with suggestions inputs? I had a few options G3.1-Myvi 1.3(M)/1.5(A) but now G3.1 has been stopped and I only can get it on used cars market. To simplify are could these DCVT able to handle aggressive throttle?

Whats the point having advance safety system but not a fun driving in terms of ride, handling and comfort, still cant compete with Iriz, Swift and Mazda2. Myvi still a dangerous to drive in a higher speed. Sampan feeling is still there. Same goes to all perodua models.

Tbh, just add another 10-20k to get vios/city .. the steering is heavy, the seats are not comfortable for a long distance plus they are too ugly,engine mengaum x sedap dgr, waiting time to get the car is like forever, power button whatt? Nothing change after pressing that , all in all not worth it

Yes I'm agree myvi have advance safety features like ASA 3.0 , but does it can safe you from rear collision Or when someone crush you ? It's just a active safety features .... But proton , for the iriz , it's does not have advance safety features like myvi , but it come with HPF body , even if someone crush from front or behind , the Hpf is much more stronger than the normal Steel , so the impact will be low , and the door pillar also not squeezed make us to easy escape from the iriz ....and the Hpf also make the iriz more weight and make the car more rigid on highway drive... #justmyopion #commentdownbelowguys

Is your bezza the advance model? If yes, then it’s because your car have eco idle aka auto start stop function which the city doesn’t offer. It have nothing to do with the push start button system, cars with auto start stop tends to use heavy duty battery which is more expensive than regular battery

Perodua battery is expensive not because it has start stop start button bro. It’s because the car is equipped with start stop eco idle function. This function requires a more expensive battery and as for now, there’s no honda in malaysia that comes with that feature

I think it is more in regards to the eco idle function where the engine cuts off at a complete stop and starts again when you release the brakes. Not really anything to do with the push start button. Bevause the car is having to restart the engine multiple times a day, that's assuming you use the function only. It can be turned off but not permanently unless you do some custom tweaking.
