What's the km/L of your 1.6L THP gasoline engine when in city with moderate to heavy traffic? My brand new 5008 has poor km/L (worst than my 2.0L NA Skyactiv-g gasoline engine). Not sure if it's just isolated and can be resolved by warranty claim. Do dealerships even have a way to diagnose poor fuel efficiency of brand new cars? What's your km/L of 1.6 THP gasoline engine?

I think they don’t intend to be mass-market for that matter (like Mazdas or Subarus). This strategy will only dilute their customer base. Kinda like what happened with Volkswagen. If the lack of features ang basis, can we also complain about a BMW X1’s lack of feature overload? Simply put, enough people will buy this.

I have this Peugeot 3008, which I purchased last March 16, 2022. It's a beatiful car indeed, and its looks is one of the reasons why I decided to get one. Unfortunately, all the excitement and proudness to own one has become a nightmare. My unit has engine issues, it dies and does not accelerate. My car was in the casa for almost 3 months for a fuel tank system replacement. Parts were imported and delivery was so delayed. One month after the repair (Sept 10) , my car was towed again back to the casa because the engine issue is back. After Sales of Peugeot is really bad, it will really test your parience. Be warned, if you want to switch to Peugeot.
